Our pads have a water-impermeable top. This bends the direction of the water flow from vertical to horizontal. The results are a more intense and more attractive fragrance experience and more of a more appreciated taste. During years of testing we discovered that brewing coffee is a delicate process where optimization of the possibilities is a matter of constantly adjusting all components. For this reason, taste tests were always accompanied by technical analyzes.
